Sir, I regret to inform you that I purchased a colour T.V. Model E84 from your showroom vides Bill No. 3284, dated January 19, 2019.

However, the T.V. started giving trouble immediately after its installation at my house. An engineer came to rectify the set twice, after I made a complaint. But the same trouble is still persisting. The picture is not clear and the sound is accompanied with some unwanted noise.

I, therefore, request you to kindly replace this T.V set as per the rules of your company.
